Terms and Conditions

Please read through these terms and conditions carefully and ensure that you accept them before placing your orders.

1) Please be prepared to wait as the waiting time varies for different Sprees. Generally the waiting time is 2 to 4 weeks. There may be a possibility that the waiting time is longer than 4 weeks. Spreeslover ask for your patience in the event this happens which are beyond our control.

2) In the event of the following, Spreeslover will not be held responsible and will not do refund (unless the Spree seller refund us):

• Item defects
• Item not send out by Spree seller
• Wrong item sent out by Spree seller
• Item lost in mail

3) Please choose the items carefully and check through the measurements given at the Spree website. Please ensure that the URL you quote to Spreeslover is for the correct item, color and size that you want. Spreeslover is unable to make any exchanges for size, material or color.

4) There is no changing/cancelling/refund of your orders once it has been made.

5) Spreeslover reserves the right to close the spree early.

6) Spreeslover reserves the right to cancel any spree that is not getting a good response. Refund will be made in this situation.

Ordering via Spreeslover

Step 1:
Make the First Payment.
(Note: Payments are divided into two parts.)

First payment = Price of item in USD*1.4 + S$20 delivery fee (if you choose delivery)

Step 2:
Transfer the First Payment to Spreeslover's POSB Savings account 030-15909-8

Step 3:
Email to spreeslover@gmail.com in the following format.

[Note: Self-collection is only at Sembawang Mrt Station at 9pm Mon-Thur]

Step 4:
Spreeslover will confirm receipt of your Spree Form and First Payment within 24 hours .

Step 5:
Wait for your orders to arrive to Singapore
[Note: Waiting time is about 2-4 weeks, depending on each spree. You can check the status of your order at Shipping Status.]

Step 6:
Transfer the Second Payment (shipping fee) to Spreeslover's POSB Savings account 030-15909-8

[Note: Spreeslover will inform you via email the amount of shipping fee to transfer.]
[Note: The shipping fee will be calculated based on the total shipping fee divided by the number of orders. Due to the quantity of orders, Spreeslover is unable to customise the calculation of shipping fee. Thank you for your kind understanding!]

Step 7:
We will post out your orders within 24 hours of the receipt of your Second Payment.
